The apartment Blue Romantica is central part of ex Benediction monastery St. Mary of Castell which is founded in the year 1150 and is owned by family Luetić more than 100 years.
It is located on the highest point of southern part of city in the heart of the Old Town and it is the quietest part of town, away from noise but only few minutes from the main and the most famous street Stradun.
The apartment is leaning on the City Walls and rising 60 m above the sea, with magnificent views of the sea and island Lokrum on the left side and fortress Lovrjenac on the right side.
The beach is only few minutes of pleasant walking. The size of the apartment is 23m² and the ceilings are almost 5m high.
The walls are solid stone with windows up to 2m, admitting a lot of light and fresh sea air into the apartment, which, naturally, can be dimmed by closing the traditional Mediterranean window shutters.
The apartment is equipped with fridge, bathroom (shower and other appliances), two double French bed, TV and with its own entrance.
If you are interested in sightseeing of the town from the sea with speed motor boat (Yamaha 25) we can provide you with that service too.
